National High-tech Enterprise in 2018, HC has passed the Certificate of Work Safety Standardization. The principle is “safety first, prevention first, comprehensive management” , and the “people-oriented” scientific development concept, emphasizing the standardization, scientific, systematic and legalization of enterprise safety production, and strengthening risk management and process. Control, focus on performance management and continuous improvement, in line with the basic rules of safety management, represents the development direction of modern safety management, is an organic combination of advanced safety management ideas and China's traditional safety management methods, the specific reality of enterprises, and effectively improve the level of safe production of enterprises In order to promote the fundamental improvement of China's safe production situation. Work Safety Standardization mainly includes 10 aspects: target responsibility, institutionalized management, education and training, on-site management, safety investment, safety risk management and control, hidden danger management, emergency management, accident investigation, performance evaluation and continuous improvement.
